Sabrina Agarwal - 2022 Distinguished Teaching Award

I was so pleased to have been awarded the 2022 Distinguished Teaching Award along with four other extraordinary teacher on our campus. It is particularly meaningful since the bar is so high for teaching excellence on our campus. I am grateful to my teaching mentors on campus and all my students, and most of all my Graduate Student Instructors with whom I have had the most fun with and learned to most with over the years. The UC Berkeley Distinguished Teaching Award is the campus’s most prestigious honor for teaching. The award recognizes teaching that incites intellectual curiosity in students, engages them thoroughly in the enterprise of learning, and has a lifelong impact.
